  1. Thank you so much for sharing this Thanksgiving menu and prep schedule! I used it this year, and my family and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and your thoughtful planning made the entire prep process so much easier. You truly helped make our Thanksgiving extra special!

    1. you can but you should let it start to thaw on your counter if possible for 6-8 hours and then brine

  2. Well this is very off-topic, but I love your recipes AND your garden. 🙂 What is the vine growing behind you on the trellis? Thank you!

  3. I'm hoping to make the mac and cheese on Wednesday and bake on Thanksgiving, but I don't see those instructions on the recipe. Should I just let the pasta cool and sauce cool before combining, then keep in fridge and bake on Thursday? Thanks!

  4. I have lactose intolerant guests attending. Could I substitute ghee for the butter in the compound butter recipe to slather on the turkey? Or do you have another suggestion for an alternative?

    1. Prep for Tuesday mentions getting pomegranates ready for the winter green salad but i don't see that ingredient listed in the recipe when I follow the hyperlink. Am I blind? Crazy? lol
